Fortunately, all my work comes through recommendations from professionals in the construction business and from previous and current clients, so I’ve never had to advertise.

My role is to find the right people for the job, including recommending an architect (if you already have arrangements in place in either respect I’ll happily work with them).

Once the scope of the job and the quote is agreed, I’ll put the team in place and supervise the project through to completion, ensuring that every stage of the build is as per plan.

And when the challenges emerge – as they always do – I’ll deal with them.
